1. When I convert the pdb file into Cartesian coordinate file using pdbxyz program, irrespective of the force filed used, I get a warning that two of the atoms have the exact same coordinates....

Is there any tool or database where you can get information about ongoing or completed clinical trials against a particular target protein/gene?

I know and use Clinical Trials.gov but it doesn't often give precise results while searching based on gene or protein name/symbol and that can be quite cumbersome.
