I am working on sintering of zirconia-based nanoparticles. For my research work, I need to perform Spark Plasma Sintering of Zirconia based nanomaterial at a temperature range of 1000- 1300 degrees.

Is there any relation between FWHM and Particle size of synthesized nanoparticles?

While scherrer formula is a relationship between Crystallite size and FWHM, Can we relate low crystallite size to low particle size?

There is a Graphite layer on Ceramic pellets made using SPS technique. Is there any method to remove this layer other than Grinding & polishing ?

Ceramic Pellets made through Spark Plasma Sintering (SPS) use to be very brittle and hence removing graphite layer using Grinding & Polishing becomes challenging.
