There is melting endotherm of cocrystal ,API and coformer but additional one as well.SCXRD analysis shows different cocrystal,Pl interpretate?

TGA shows solvate formation. DSC shows extra full endotherm of cocrystal.Does it seems polymorph? scxrd shows different cocrystal.

Impurity determination through pxrd data

How can we determine/separate impurity through pxrd data. If single crystal x ray diffraciton data is available., can we write cell parameter. suggest paper related to this please.
