Good day all, how can i isolate endo and ecto parasites from fish. and how can i inoculate the isolated parasite experimentally into fish?

i am doing a research on fish parasites. i need to isolate the parasites from fish and then inoculate experimentally int fish to evaluate its effects on the fish.
