Which antibody is the best for detecting Caspase 3 (Pro & Cleaved) in WB?

I am trying to detect Caspase-3 activity in the M1000 Prion infected mouse brain. I was using Anti-Caspase-3 antibody ab90437 product. It was giving a lot of unspecific band between 36-17 kd.
