What is the best dimensions for the Platinum wire as a counter ( auxiliary ) electrode and the Ag/AgCl as reference electrode for DNA biosensor ?

For the test of electrochemical DNA sensor we use the three electrode system, work, counter (auxiliary) and reference electrode.
