Does ITO coated Quartz substrate stick/bond to Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS)?

I am fabricating a microfuidic channel in PDMS. I would like the channel to bond/stick with the ITO coated Quartz substrate that I have. Does PDMS stick to ITO coated Quartz substrate?
