What is the method to synthesis Alite or tricalcium silicate (Ca3SiO4 or C3S) and Belite or dicalcium silicate (Ca2SiO5 or C2S) nano particles?

Dear all, I cannot find papers that explain the synthesis of C2S and C3S at nano scale. It is important for me to know at least one way. has it any method to make it? Thanks
