Has any researcher worked with NRK 52 E cells? Can you please tell the morphology when observed under 40X, my cells appear spherical?

I have been trying to culture NRK 52 E cells. I was facing few problems with the same. The cells were showing difficulty in growing. Now they are appearing spherical in shape.
