I do ms-PCR of fmr1 gene (GC content above 90%) after bisulfite treatment by using Zymo Gold kit. But I do not get amplification. Why?

A number of labs. have already done it successfully. Also I am using an already designed primer pair, following the same PCR profile and programme.
