Can we use capping agent other than long alkyl ammonium halide for the synthesis of methylammonium lead halide perovskite Nanoparticles ?

I want to prepare MAPbI3 Nanoparticles of range 6 nm-10 nm. Please suggest some suitable capping agent other than long alkyl ammonium halide. Can we use cysteamine ? As it is used to make CdSe QDs.

Is CTAB soluble in 1-octadecene ? If yes then what is its CMC?

I am trying to make perovskite nanoparticles in 1-octadecne using CTAB as capping agent.
