Thanks everybody for contributing their valuable opinion. Efforts are made to get solid body like rotating flow inserting grid (turbulent generator) and honeycomb upstream of the test section. Please see the attached figure for rms profile. If I change the direction of rotation, then negative values comes on the right  from zero on x-axis. Magnitudes of mean and rms also looking same which is unphysical in my case study.
