I'm not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for, but there are templates available from Microsoft Word that automatically format a paper according to different style manuals or reporting structures. If you google something like "Word template APA format," you can often find an online set of templates that are pre-formatted in that style. I agree with Jessica. And Word itself will do formatting. You just have to use the program settings such as page setup, spelling and grammar, etc. :)
