Will we be able to charge biological materials by spinning a piezoelectric layer on top of them or vice versa?

Different layers sandwiched between piezoelectric and non-piezoelectric such as biological materials are possible to produce or not. In addition, is it worth producing them?

Of course, It is good idea to spin biological materials on piezoelectric. If you can control the molecular orientation of biological materials you can fabricate novel composite materials. Such structure of material might be use in many application. You might fabricate into hierarchy structure that has smart function.
