When this kind of solution is applied then labor productivity should not decline, as productivity will be maintained at a certain level or will increase and employed citizens will have more time for personal activities, leisure, hobbies, for family, dal to develop personal passions, etc. and thus can be more productive and creative during work time.

I think a huge factor, which argues against general and significant reduction in work hours due to A.I., is that "work expands to fill the available time" .
(I do not have clear support for this statement, it is only an impression.)
For example, in USA medical services, perhaps some very direct services can be automated. But for healthcare providers, "paperwork" expands. For a doctor to perform services and be paid by various insurance or reimbursment systems, the doctor may now have to provide documentation about WHY a treatment was chosen as the appropriate measure, what is the literature or experimental justification for the medical procedure? The incremental value of this extra effort is by no means obvious, but a complex medical system may drift towards requiring such new things. Yes, A.I. might be applied eventually to do that tasks, but as "the system" expands, new applications have to be developed and taught.
I am an engineer - there are always incremental "tasks" to test things better, to meet additional regulatory requirements, to provide project plans and internal corporate communications - it is very hard to prevent this creeping increase in "system overhead".
Another example in the USA is the amount of paperwork needed to obtain a mortgage and buy a house. At the process called "closing", a routine purchase may require the preparation and signatures of well over 100 distinct documents. This would have been considered to be insane a few generations ago. But SOMEONE must now do all of the work to meet the ever-increase "expectations" of the banking and government systems.
While A.I. will make some tasks be automated, simply new tasks will "become expected".
Seldom does "Bureaucracy" decrease.
For this main reason, I would not expect overall "labor hours" to be reduced by, say, almost 20%. Expected tasks will shift, but not decrease.
(But this is only one person's intuitive guess and interpretation.)

In terms of the human race, en masse, yes, hours of human labor will be lowered. In terms of individuals, I suspect that, rather than lowering everyone's hours, some will lose their jobs, and others will not.

The working stress upon the manual workers would be reduced, but I don't think that the working time of the people would be significantly reduced.
In the world of AI the most work loaded people would be from the supervisory and core technical teams. For example if we look upon the working of the IIOT(Industrial Internet of Things), all the manual work or the physical work is done by the robots or the machines or even the M2M level machines if smart devices are not required. In such ecosystems the humans are only only keeping the supervisory controllers or the cyber physical system controllers. They make the algorithm, models, etc. for the machines, this saves a lot of time and human efforts. There are still such jobs that work on the physical layer but are quite scarce, these people are mainly into the maintenance of the machines. We will take another an example that is related to the medical sciences, The drug testing would be faster and safer if we use AI, for example, if a drug has to be tested on a tissue for let's say the researchers are finding a drug that would be more cytotoxic for the tumor that has been growing on the tissue and would be a safer alternative than the existing drugs. To do this process manually it would take many days to find out the results and would be more costly as they have to maintain the health of the tissue artificially int the lab, but if we do it with the help of AI the prediction models would take significantly less time to analyze and predict the result as well as less man power would be needed and it would be more cost efficient.
Conclusion: With the increasing popularity in the field of AI the people won't lose jobs, if they are kept updated with the modern technical knowledge. The AI will definitely decrease the number of manual jobs but will open many other. In my perspective the people should adapt to the modern technology and the knowledge associated with it. There is too much more to explore in this field that the people won't get chance to reduce their workload. Also the growth in all the sectors would increase exponentially with AI.

The report is huge, but easy to look through. It probably contains bias, coming from the WEC, that they think sustainability, green technology, and ESG will be huge.
