The new normal due to pandemic has shifted the work from offices to homes for few sectors which could be a blessing in disguise for qualified and experienced women to take up suitable jobs which they gave up or never tried as they were grounded due to various issues connected with family like bringing up children or looking after ailing parents/in-laws etc. As far as the organisations are concerned ,they could look at previous employees, experienced executives and so on whom they could engage productively for mutual benefit
