Can somebody please explain me why the conductivity increases in LSCF-GDC nanocomposite cathode material when I change the concentration of GDC from 0 to 30wt%. Also it would be a great help if I could be provided with some reference research paper.
Peace be up on you, your question's readers and all RG members.
The conductivity increases as the increasing of weight percent due to the increasing of charge carries. Please follow the yellow mark text in the two attached papers; the weight percent increase.
To answer your question, it is necessary to analyze the phase state diagram (with the concentration of the accompanying chemical elements unchanged) of the two component system: the base element of the alloy and the basic alloying additive. As a result, it is possible to determine, at least qualitatively, the dominant influence from the change in the phase composition of the alloy, or on the morphology or dispersity of the phases.
Thank you so much respected scientists and professors for your valuable answers @A. Eldenglawey and @I. O. Vakulenko.
Yes conductivity increases due to the increasing concentration of charge carriers. Can you please guide me further actually what happens inside the structure of nano-composite i.e. that causes the increase in hopping/conductivity of nano-composite??
