There are more than eight places on the earth's surface located in various parts of the world including US, Armenia, Myanmar, Argentina, Saudi Arabia etc. where earth's gravitational force has no effect.
Why it is so? Scientific and argument based answer would be helpful to understand the mysterious phenomenon.

Would you please let me know where did you read that some part of earth does not have any gravitational force.
To my knowledge and research, earth does not carry any mechanical Newtonian gravity at all. If we had Newtonian gravity, earth would not have any rain, or hurricanes, or we couldn't lift any missile off the ground. Gravity is internal Not External that we think.

Hello, the places you cite are just tourist attractions. There is no mysteries, it's just optical illusion.

Jin valley in Saudi Arabia for instance, where freely moving things like cars start climbing the slope (move against the slope). So, some scientific and argument based answer can be helpful in understanding the phenomenon.

Yes, and these fluctuations are completetly normal. They depend on density of materials, that varies slightly in Earth, depending on locations. But il you look at the variations of the acceleration, it's about 0.07 m/s2. Which is not significant at our scale. Even the accelerometers in your smartphone won't be able to detect it.
These variations are well known and studied. For example, nuclear submarines use it to mitigate their position computed by their really high quality IMU.

I don't understand what you seek there, but all the answers were provided in that video, merely optical illusion, winds and others stuff.
Okay Arnaud Dion but all these are just views of various scientists and researchers non of them is absolute cause. May be in future some research reach the exact cause/s.
