Normalization is required for Load forecasting? or normalization is required for the domains like pattern matching and Image procession. If normalization is required for all domains. Please clarify, how it will affect integer values during the training process for example load forecasting?

The normalization in the neural network has the great effect on preparing the data to be suitable for the training. Without this normalization, training the neural networks would have been very slow.
It can also speed up training time by starting the training process for each feature within the same scale. It is especially useful for modeling application where the inputs are generally on widely different scales.
