I have visited many industries , more than 90% machine shops are using conventional lubrication process, Can anyone show me the machine shop who is using Cryogenic or MQL assisted machining Process?

Mostly because they don't like to take any risks if they don't have to. Once these companies have a minimally-functional process in place, they will not change unless they are required by their contracts or when it is financially advantageous to do so. (When I was in industry, I worked for Boeing and have worked with NASA - they hate change outside of the specific technology-advancement groups).

Aqib Mashood Khan There is a huge difference in focus and approach between the industry companies you mentioned and those researchers who are actually trying to advance the practice of green machining. The companies care only about making money and minimally satisfying their contracts - they will not change their practice without some financial incentive. Some companies have advanced manufacturing groups who are exploring ideas but these are small in these companies and have little power to change company practice and culture until the company leadership decides it is worth the cost to change practice. They are very happy to talk about their "commitment to green technology" to get some attention, social brownie points, and look like an advanced company, but in practice they follow old routines as long as they can.
Albert E. Patterson Sir, I am agree with you. I also visited many companies, I found the same phenomena. Recently, I am working on Energy Consumption of machine tools, I saw this topic is only theoretically, I didn't find its application in the industry, Industry doesn't care about energy Consumption. However, ISO has already launched the ISO140001 rules about energy management system.
do you think ISO140001 is also as important as ISO9001?
Aqib Mashood Khan Sadly, most companies take ISO standards as "suggestions" instead of guiding principles. They adopt just enough to look nice and to avoid being sued. The things we are talking about in this discussion is part of the reason I left a nice and well-paying job as a practicing engineer to pursue an academic career - much less money but I am happy and I can sleep as night knowing I am not lying/cheating to customers to make money for a boss.
Dear Aqib Mashood Khan , i totally agree with the comments of Albert E. Patterson and Saad Javed . Industries are very reluctant to change their setups unless they found it is beneficial for them both money and quality wise. And obviously at the end money / profit is the priority of every industry.

It is true tat industries are reluctant to adopt the new practices like green and sustainable machining. and it is true throughout the world.
the reason may be they don't trust academic research. ( I may not be 100% right),
It is difficult for companies to allow trial and error to ensure that the practices adopted are going to perform at same or better than what thye have been performing since a long.
third, unless and otherwise there is compulsion from government regulations, and requirement to comply some standards,they will always be reluctant to newer practicess.

Alberto García-Collado you mean all machining processes with MQL? Have you seen industry that preach Cryogenic
Air Products has shop floor level solutions for machining and grinding with cryogenic cooling, but the technology from Air Products may be limited to North America only.
High pressure cooling is becoming almost standard feature in new CNC machining/turning centres.
Dry machining using coated carbide and ceramic inserts are also becoming acceptable in the industries.
