This is, most of the time, unfortunate or contradicting to see that real classroom teaching differs from what we get the training or taught about while doing our degrees in the concerned subject (B. Ed. or M. Ed. etc). Books remain silent or professors/teachers/trainers have different views on how to resolve classroom issues, meet the growing and multidimensional needs or find out the answers of certain unanswered questions. Most of the content in the course books or during training programmes is repeated tactfully and skillfully leaving the teachers on their own. How to reduce this facts and fiction gap?
