Sometimes at starting of matlab\simulink, the discrete Powergui block in my simulink program needs to be set its sampling time Ts at matlab command window, otherwise I get an error. Any one encounter this problem? How can fit it?

on GUI block click on "Configuration Parameters"
on "preference" you can define the initial state for running the simulation,
Also, in Simulink mdl file:
menu: file > model property > Callbacks > InitFcn
you can define initial values
