Research paper is often given to more than one Reviewer for comments on the suitability of the research paper for possible publication by Journal. Sometimes such paper is sent to a person that is knowledgeable in the subject of research as well as the one that is not knowledgeable in the subject. The one that is not knowledgeable may give negative comments about the paper, while the one that is knowledgeable gives positive comments, but Journals often prefer the negative that may have come from the non knowledgeable reviewer for the final decision.

1- Negative reviewers may represent more critiques that augment critical thinking in the journal editors.
2- Psychologically, negative reviews conserve a minimum of accurate editorship than positive reviews.
3- Negative reviews mostly represent powerful analytical skill of their reveiewers.
