There are two possibilities I can imagine. First is to ask some official govermental institution, for example when I was studying I did a research on the town hall of our city. I simply went there and asked them for plans and they were willingly giving them to me. Another option may be civil engineer companies. If you tell them their plans are for education they might be happy to share some of their projects with you...

Thanks but  the problem is that I need plot plans from foreign companies not local in English

May be you can try and e mail some of the surveyor firms or consultants and ask them for a sample of plot plan in autocad file. State to them that the plan is for the purpose of education. I think they might help you.

I am living in germany, so all I could try to get are german ones. I dont think that our local companies will make english labeled plans. So I guess this wont be of any help for you, right? Did you think about asking a big international company directly?
