If you have good CGPA with strong research base and h indexed papers, you can very well opt to Stanford University , California. which is ranked as the best school for aerospace engineering which also gives you the opportunity to work and learn under funds.

If your are soo economical and looking for best university you can probably move to Malaysian universities. There are soo many universities, who are looking for a talented researchers under 100% fellowship if you are qualified for their standards.
