Which software is best for discriminatory diagrams of ultramafic rocks ?

Actually I am engaged in PGE studies in ultramafic suite of rocks,Ladakh,India . I have some trace elements, base metals and Pt,Pd Geochemical data. Please guide how to interpret it and which discriminatory diagrams are used and which software is best for this purpose.
