Our students are publishing physiotherapy articles every year and for that they are spending a huge amount without having any financial support to their work.
May I request our colleagues to suggest pubmed indexed journals which publishes free of cost.

The vast majority of journals are free. Presumably you are familiar with the literature in your field; you can look through the literature (e.g., the papers that you cite in your papers, or in the bibliographies of the papers you read) and see which journals have published a lot of those papers. Then go online and check the websites of those journals. For any legitimate journal, the website will indicate whether there is a publication fee, and where the journal is indexed.
