Generally, ceramic particles are to be added to improve the hardness and wear behavior which makes the machining very difficult through regular methods and other methods such as electro discharge machining should be used. Graphite particles might be helpful since it is soft and provides lubrication ;however, wettability is poor and it needs to be coated with active elements such as Ti to improve wettability.
