Hi, to focus on the effect of grain size, assume creep behavior of "material X" (with average grain size of few um) and "nanocrystalline material X" (with average grain size of tens of nm): the smaller the grain size --> the larger the volume of grain boundaries and interfaces --> enhanced creep through grain boundary sliding mechanism HOWEVER, small grain size may increase the threshold for critical creep stress compared to the case of conventional material at the same temperature. Thus, there is no a definite answer for the question and answer would vary from material to another and with the creep temperature and stress.
