Capital , technology ,human resources ,natural resources and most important among all is institutions and organisations these are determinants to define and measure rural development.
I think social capital, standard of living and sanitation can be added
Self- determination and dependency to adjust or solve the monetary and non- monitor problems
You can add Health, Education and Asset Holding as additional variables.
