Unfortunately, there is no best classification algorithm. You need to compare several algorithms in order to find the best one.

Yes, there is not the best algorithm. Recently, best results were obtained by CNN usually.

Apriori algorithm gives better classification approach.

I don't agree with you. Apriori algorithm is an association rule algorithm (not a classification algorithm). For more information, have a look at this link:
