I am working on classification of different agriculture crop types by using Landsat-8 satellite data of different months within a year or annual cropping. So any one can suggest which classification (classifier) can give accurate classification of the crop types?

How about Support Vector Machine (SVM) classification, does it yields good accuracy when compared to other models or (classifiers).
