I think it is some sort of shrimpgoby. Voucher specimen has been preserved.
Collected from the Saint Martin's Island of the Bay of Bengal - presents a small coral formation surrounding the beachline.
Looks like a juvenile Bathygobius fuscus
Important distinguishing characters are not visible, but judging from the head and body shape and colour pattern, Bathygobius cyclopterus is more likely (see the broad yellow outer part of the dorsal and caudal fins).
