you have to think to solve this problem taking into account the specificity of each species and also the resistance of each variety. can not have that cereals are more resistant to lequmineuse or another.
though degree of variation will vary with the genus, species and at varietal levels also but in terms of losses in yield levels in general, pulses are more affected due to high chances of low pod setting and more flower drop when exposed to sudden variation in climatic factors.

If there is intermittent waterlogging, cereals have unconditional advantages over legumes owing to the presence of so many adaptive traits including the presence of adventitious root system in the former. In case of limited moisture condition, legumes have a greater degree of tolerance as it has deep tap root system and greater water use efficiency. In extreme moisture stress, legumes show greater resilience, and have good regeneration capacity due to non-determinate growth habit. As legumes are rich in protein, these crops may have advantages even under heat stress. However, the aforesaid statements are merely generalizations, and exceptions abound. The resistance/tolerance of cereals vs legumes will vary depending upon the components of climate change.
I suggest barley (cereal) because it grows in arid environments and even sometimes in case of drought can take advantage of the aerial part of the plant as fodder. In the Mediterranean regions it gives very good results.
It totally depends on the kind of climatic change condition, like already our friends mentioned, some climatic change conditions favor legumes while other cereal. The reason laying behind is, the change provides more favorable conditions to the respective legumes and cereal.
Cereal crops mostly depend on rainwater and thus are more influential. As for the legume crops that they mostly depend on irrigation, so they have less impact and this concerns my country, Iraq.
