Abdenasser Lamkaddem, thank you for your answer! Unfortunately, I checked these settings on the unit cell, and they did not give me results as in the paper.

Is there a shift on the graphs or what exactly

I tried to obtain the graph of unit cell permeability and permittivity. However, the obtained and graph from the paper were different as a whole.
