Regarding the recent debates by different stack holders on the release of the GM Mustard in India. Please share your opinions on, whether India required to release GM Mustard in order to make sure the food security? or It must not release it, as the GM crops poses problems for the natural genetic diversity?

if your state allows it, I would at least start to do experiments under controlled conditions before releasing the crop. The literature gives enough examples on such experiments.
Also read some of the mass of literature of experts in both camps. For example read the website of the British organization "Science in Society".

Kees is right: before any decisions investigate the crop and its ecological impacts very careful! There is virtually no bias free literature about this subject, so better build a proper experimental basis of your own to support decision making of your politics.
