Where to buy color changing insoluble phosphate media

I have heard from many publications that the National Botanical Research Institute's phosphate medium with bromophenol blue is a good screening media for phosphate solubilizing bacteria. After searching the NBRI's website and other major manufacturers, I have not been able to find a supplier for NBRIP-BPB media. Does anyone know where I can find this?
