I've been trying to find datasets of wind velocity on planet Jupiter observed either by Cassini or Juno but I haven't been able to find any. Does anyone know of a link that I can go to download such datasets?
The nature of the jovian weather is that it has (as I'm sure you know) well-described zones - with average wind speeds that show an alternating striped pattern - so there's no longitudinal dependency as far as I know (till you get to the weirdness at the poles).
So you get patterns like figure 4 of this:

Imaging from spacecraft or terrestrial telescopes will be the best bet.
And of the sets I know of, the JIRAM imager on Juno is likely to give the finest resolution. I like the work by Dr Kaspi et al. on the zonal structure at depth on Jupiter.
So I'd reach out to them and see if they have some suitably processed datasets that wouldn't need to much finessing.
