I am working on handwritten character recognition. I need some sample images for training. I have searched a lot but I got only few samples. So please share with me dataset links.

I am not sure which is the "best", but I can introduce a conference (ICFHR) specialized for this task from where you can find the latest handwriting datasets.

I suggest you read ICFHR14 papers and see which datasets were the most widely used. Also, latest and challenging datasets are usually considered as good datasets.
document anaylsis group at the CVC (UAB) has several databases available for download. Try MIPRCV MNIST and five centuires of marragies from the link below.

There's a dataset called the 'NOT MNIST' dataset. It has letters from A to J or A to N, I'm not sure. It could be helpful when combined with data for other characters.
