Hello all, I have a question about PV array/modules/cells behavior to Partial shading.

Suppose we have a 3S2P configuration, which means we have two parallel branches, each containing three series-connected modules. one module in one series is at a shading of 600 W/m2, while all other modules are at 1000 W/m2. [figure attached- the shaded module is the top left white block made by connecting 72 individual cells]

If we have a bypass diode anti-parallel to the shaded module, will the diode completely bypass the module or module will still contribute to output?

NOTE: NO CELL IS COMPLETELY SHADED

The other question is when we have bypass diode ON, it conducts for a short time and then turns off which produces a stairs-like structure in the I-V curve. that leads to multiple peaks in the P-V curve, why does the diode turn off after a short time? what is the phenomenon behind it? [figure attached for reference]
