What will be maximum hydraulic pressure on that pellet?

It depends on the particle size of the GDC. Are you getting it commercially, or making it yourself? For material from NexTech with ~0.5 um particles, I've gone to 400 MPa with no cracking. You must apply pressure slowly, taking about a minute to get to max pressure, let the die sit for another minute to equilibrate pressure in the packed powder, then release very slowly. Also, you must start with an even powder distribution in the die before applying any pressure.

If you have any images of failed pellets, it could help to diagnose where the problem is.
