According announces a colleague friend in his book chapter that the
Sport carries with rigorous training and competition requiring complete dedication and
great efforts to be successful, requires known by physicians, psychologists, coaches,
prerequisites according to the individual characteristics of the adolescent and specialty..
It depends on many factors....such as the type of sports (and wich level of competition).....as an exemple in marathon running: there is aerobic capacity, efficiency, running mechanics, sports nutrition, psychological aspects....ect....
