@Mudassar Rauf exactly that is the main problem while computing in excel. I too face the same problem. I have used matlab to code for the MCDM algorithms.

You can use MATLAB code. Just go to https://www.mathworks.com and then search for TOPSIS. You will find many codes for topsis and tutorials.

Matlab is best, but for simple problems excel also works.

It can be solved by MATLAB or Excel worksheet.
