Which countries this plant is native to?

What it is used for (fodder, fruits for human conception, etc.)

there must some clear photo especially for fruit and flowers as Louhaichi said

this is not Sapindus saponaria. this is shrub not tree.

it got from dry zone of Sri Lanka. that fruits are saw in photos.

leaves have not special smell.
