What is the relation between grain size of a materiaal and its corrosion resistance.?

Wish to change the grain size of a material by some heat treatment. Will there be any change in its corrosion. If yes please tell me how?

Of course it will change the corrosion behavior. Grain boundaries are very high energy locations in materials. Accordingly, they are highly susceptible to be corroded. In other words, creating smaller grains increases the rate and amount of corrosion, and vice versa.
