If you are using 802.15.4 in MAC and PHY then the Rx-power (at destination) should be -88dB to -95dB.

The thermal noise is around -106 dB.

SNR (dB) will be Rxpower - Thermal Noise

SNR (Linear) = 10 Power (SNR(dB) / 10)

Abhishek Tayal , minor correction. Unit of power in logarithmic scale is either dBW or dBm. That is,

1 Watt 10*log10(1 W) = 0 dBW and

1 mWatt 10*log10(1 W/(10^-3) ) = 0 dBm.

The SNR unit is, indeed, dB.
