I am going to compare burnout among pediatric nurses in two countries, while the sampling frame is not available, different types of hospitals exist (mainly governmental or teaching hospitals) and a small proportion of pediatric nurses are available in each hospital.
What is the random sampling method you recommend to use in my comparative study? (for selecting hospitals and nurses).

Have you considered one-stage cluster sampling or two-stage sampling? The cluster or primary sampling unit stage would be the hospitals, and the secondary units (the ones of interest) would be the nurses of interest.
This is less efficient (takes more units of interest for the same variance when looking at quantitative data) than even simple random sampling, but can be advantageous in efficency of data collection.
You can find this in a number of textbooks. A really good classic is found in Sampling Techniques, 3rd ed, 1977, by William G. Cochran, published by Wiley. You could also try Sampling, 3rd ed, 2012, Steven K. Thompson, Wiley. It also has a good deal of relevant material, as does Sampling: Design and Analysis, 2nd ed, 2010, Sharon L. Lohr, Brooks/Cole, among, I suppose, a number of others, as well as online sources.

PS - You note different "types" of hospitals. You might want to do a one-stage cluster or two-stage sampling design for each "type." That may give you the efficiency and perhaps better 'representation' of a sort that you might get from stratified sampling, without the added complication of compounding the design, and also you then do what you don't do for each stratum in stratified random sampling, you can perhaps produce results for each category (here, "type") separately. That may increase your sample size needs but provide you much more information.
