Excellent input by Milan B. Venic. Croatia is, for example faced with an issue of very low percentage of high tech/ innovative prodicts in its exports. It means less value added, snd thus export performance is showing less value.
In order to be exported, a commercial product from innovation should have reached a maturity stage. The product of innovation should have reached the commercial stage and been successfully promoted through effective marketing.
Such innovative products or services could be considered in the country´s exports.
