I would be very grateful if you could share some docs/articles, on the effect of total acidity measured in Neumann's degree The total acidity is referred to the unit of total acidity which is equal of 1ml 1N NaOH needed to neutralize acids in 100 g of feed or feed ingredient. also known as titratable acidity.

I am wondering what is the impact the total acidity has on the performance and health of poultry?
