What is the difference between amorphous and noncrystalline materials? Are they the same?

And if the amorphous (or noncrystalline) material has no rings in SAED patterns, how to explain attached picture of acetylene black? So can I say both polycrystal and amorphous (or noncrystalline) materials have rings in SAED patterns? If so, how to distinguish?
